I do marketing consulting and I just got hired by a marketing research agency. 3 things Im focusing on this year is improving customer service, on-line viral marketing (website, blogging, inbound) and presence in key marketing events. The agency has been in the business since 1966 and it will be their first marketing plan. Your outline works quite the same way for product and professional services, unless you have any other suggestions.
